Responsibilities:
1) Generation of inquiries within the allocated Territory on daily basis.
2) Preparation and submission of Techno commercial proposal for the customers.
3) Planning and attending the techno commercial negotiations with customers on the
submitted proposals.
4) Finalization of the orders as per the company policy and guideline from Principle.
5) Payment follow-up with customer for the orders finalized and based on the payment
terms finalized.
6) Research of the assigned area by way of cold calls or with strategic visits to ensure the
proper coverage of the territory.
7) Upsurge the cross-functional sales and coordination.
8) Synchronization with Service Team specially with assigned Service Engineers to own the
responsibility of the customers on any issues related to the sales, Service, parts or financial.
9) Preparation and submission of monthly reports as per the prescribed formats and
discussions with the direct reporting Managers.
Requirements:
Products – Industrial Oils & Greases, Metal Working Fluids, Rust Preventives, Cutting Oil.
Candidate Must have Experience in Industrial Oil, Cutting Oil & Metal Fluids Product Segment.
Preferred Skillset – Technical knowledge, market information, target orientation, Excellent Presentation skills, Convincing power and good Negotiation, BE/Diploma or Bsc Technical, Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English, Marathi, Hindi.
